Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems to ensure continuous uptime.

This role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, inventory tracking, and collaboration with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams to uphold CBRE's safety-first culture in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical repair skills applicable to material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and diagnose issues in complex equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong collaboration with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
