We are recruiting for positions in the Maintenance Technician family, including Automation roles and Senior Automation maintenance.

About the Team

Support upkeep and repair of automated equipment, including PLCs and robotics, by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software issues to ensure smooth operation and reduce downtime.

Physical Demand Requirements

• Mobility - Stand and walk for prolonged periods on hard surfaces.
• Dexterity - Frequent use of hands and fingers (operating machinery, hand tools).
• Lifting/Carrying - Lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Physical Positioning - Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, work in confined spaces.
• Sensory Requirements - Visual acuity for inspection; hearing and understanding instructions in noisy environment.

Responsibilities – Scout Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automated systems, including robotics, Siemens PLCs, and other automation equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, adopt 5S principles.
• Diagnose and repair robot faults and restore normal operation.
• Maintain mechanical and low‑voltage electrical components as needed.
• Use blueprints, electrical schematics, and system layouts; make use of EPlan for electrical planning.
• Exchange advanced mechanical and electrical components.
• Update maintenance tasks in a computerized system.
• Operate transport equipment to move parts and machinery.
• Support machine vision applications during commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Assist with rigging and shimming tasks under supervision.

Competitive Wages

Starting wages of $30.00–$34.00 per hour, with a top rate of $38.00 per hour based on experience and performance. Additional $0.75 per hour earned after 6 months and eligibility for an annual performance bonus program.
