Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site hotel. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle repairs, and support safety and guest service, helping to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and equipment; maintaining grounds; completing maintenance documentation; and reporting hazards promptly. You may assist with houseman duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safe operating practices.
• Dependable, service-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

The Maintenance Technician assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure the hotel remains safe, functional, and well maintained while providing friendly, professional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs. and lift/carry up to 60 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend, reach, climb ladders, crawl, and kneel.
• May work outdoors in hot or cold conditions.
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends.
• This is an on-site hotel position.
