Job summary
Henderson Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Smyrna, TN facility to support automated manufacturing equipment across multiple shifts. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical production assets and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Candidates should have industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC/electrical skills, and the ability to read schematics and use CMMS for work orders. Night or weekend shift availability is required.

- Strong PLC and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
- Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.
