Joseph Michaels International is seeking Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Multiple openings across shifts will support automated equipment and maintenance programs.
Ideal candidates will have industrial maintenance experience, strong PLC/electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics and operate CMMS for work orders and documentation. Flexibility for night or weekend shifts is required.

- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
- Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
