MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Function:
Properly utilize machine scrubbers, sweepers, and power washers to clean parking garages and other various job sites.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Load and affix pressure washing equipment to truck;
- Fill tanks with water and chemicals and allow to heat;
- Lay out hoses to begin project;
- Affix spray gun to the hoses;
- Wash floors, walls, stairs, pavement, surface lots, and parking garages, ensuring hoses do not become tangled and jobs are completed efficiently;
- Properly dispose of/remove wastewater and barricade necessary drains, ensuring all work is EPA compliant;
- Maintain all equipment and provide quality service at every job;
- Perform quality maintenance inspections and repairs on all assigned projects, vehicles, and equipment;
- Wear appropriate safety equipment, including boots and gloves;
- Perform landscaping during seasonal months and snow removal during winter months, if applicable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience: Graduation from high school, GED, or equivalent. Knowledge of operating pressure washing equipment (hot/cold) is required.
License: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Availability: May require working 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends, depending on hiring needs.
Language Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence; ability to write simple correspondence; effective in one-on-one communication with customers and employees.
Appearance: Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in uniform at all times.
Physical Demands: Employees must meet the physical requirements to perform essential functions, including exposure to weather conditions like snow and heat. Tasks include bending, sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling objects, speaking, and hearing. Occasionally kneel, climb, reach above shoulder level, and lift up to 60 pounds. Always wear safety equipment such as gloves, goggles, and aprons as required.
