CBRE GWS Local in San Jose is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the building’s furniture, fixtures and equipment, and perform basic repairs to flooring, walls, plumbing and HVAC systems. In emergencies, you may assist with required tasks to support operations.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and you will follow safety policies and participate in ongoing safety trainings.

The Building MaintenanceTechnician will maintain the building’s furniture, fixtures and equipment. This individual will perform basic maintenance/repairsto flooring, walls, plumbing and HVAC systems. In the event of an emergency, he/she may becalled to support necessary tasks in association with that emergency.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $102,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
