Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for our 168,255 sq. ft. office building in San Antonio.

The role includes planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and related programs to protect and maximize operating efficiency. Qualifications include at least 2 years in high-rise building maintenance with HVAC knowledge (cooling towers, water treatment, large tonnage chiller maintenance).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-rise office building maintenance.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC including cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance.
• Rotation of on-call duty after hours every 2-4 weeks; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other programs to protect and maximize operating efficiency of the properties.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to tenant requests and maintain ethical, professional relations with contractors and vendors.

Hourly non-exempt position
Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management seeks a Maintenance Technician for our 168,255 sq. ft. office building. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other operational programs to protect and maximize the operating efficiency of the properties. In addition, provide prompt and courteous service to tenant requests and maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and vendors.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-rise office building maintenance with knowledge of commercial HVAC including experience with a cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance. Furthermore, requires rotation of on-call duty after hours every 2-4 weeks. Education requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, and or SMT/SMA designation preferable. Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
