Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will follow safety procedures, use the work order system, and be on call for emergencies, with an on-site schedule. The role offers competitive pay based on experience and a strong benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k) with employer contributions.

Formación

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration is preferred.
• Must be able to work in the freezer (0-10 degrees) and refrigeration
• Must be capable of learning basic computer functions
• Must be capable of keeping accurate records
• Must be able to follow oral and written directions
• Must bring a valid state-issued ID or driver's license, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Be able to diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs
• Follow all safety procedures
• Follow and complete work in the work order system
• Be able to be on call for emergency situations
• Responsible for any task assigned by management

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and some weekends may be required
