Job summary

Lyngblomsten is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to support our senior living community in Saint Paul, MN. This role requires hands‑on maintenance, preventative repairs, and groundskeeping, with a typical biweekly schedule of 80 hours including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• This maintenance position is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs of systems and equipment and groundskeeping.
• Repairs and maintains physical equipment including work orders, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment.
• Groundskeeping and snow removal; trims around bushes, trees, and sidewalks.
• Assists with moving boxes, furniture, and room turnover.
• Also assist with housekeeping as required.

Job description

We are looking for a full time Maintenance Technician to support our senior living community. This position works 80 hours every two weeks including some Weekends/Holidays.

The posted pay range of this hourly position is$21.45to $32.90.The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

• Also assist with housekeeping as required.
