FirstService Residential in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate to support property operations. You will ensure that building systems and equipment are operational and that common areas are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
Key duties include walking floor inspections, performing repairs across drywall, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and flooring, and adhering to safety protocols while delivering reliable service to residents and property teams.
As a maintenance technician associate, you are a pillar supporting the operation at our properties. The team ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment at the buildingare operational and properly maintained. Additionally, our team members are attentive and diligently work to ensure that all common areas are maintained inboth an aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
Sunday - Thursday
As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
