Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Rutland, Vermont, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a stable team maintaining our building systems and infrastructure. The role offers strong benefits and progression opportunities, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and masonry.
• HVAC experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures, motors, sinks, toilets, doors, locks, flooring, windows and other building components.

Maintenance Technician

Are you a maintenance professional with experience across general building maintenance looking for a stable, long-term opportunity?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established company providing operation and mechanical maintenance services at a building. This position is offering strong benefits, pension and consistent hours

You will be responsible for a broad range of general maintenance and repair duties, working across the facility to ensure building systems, equipment and infrastructure remain safe, functional and well maintained.

This role would suit a General Maintenance Worker, Facilities Technician, Maintenance Technician or Building Maintenance professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience looking for a secure federal facilities position.

The Role:

• Carry out general building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and masonry.
• Repair and replace electrical receptacles, switches, fixtures, motors, sinks, toilets, doors, locks, flooring, windows and other building components.
