Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on our multifamily properties. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks while supporting resident needs and daily work orders.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, and resident satisfaction at The Beacon/Rocky Hill site. The position is full-time onsite with on-call duties and a clear path to the Lead Maintenance Technician role based on

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
  • Experience in light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
  • Must have basic HVAC knowledge and be able to use common hand tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance and repairs on buildings and systems.
  • Respond to work orders promptly and prevent escalation of issues.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of common areas and amenities.
  • Interact professionally with residents and support team members as needed.
  • On-call participation on a scheduled basis, including occasional weekends/holidays.

This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and serves as a key contributor to resident satisfaction and community safety.Work ArrangementLocation: Onsite / The Beacon / Rocky Hill, CTSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOn-Call: Required on a scheduled basis, including occasional weekends or holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related workRespond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalationMaintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhousesInteract professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the communityFollow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environmentAssist with general property upkeep and support team members as neededCareer Path & Next Role ReadinessThe Maintenance Technician role is intentionally designed as a pathway to the Lead Maintenance Technician role.
