The Maintenance Technician is focused on troubleshooting equipment, determining appropriate repairs and part replacement, and maintaining machinery and equipment and reports to the Maintenance Leadership.

Job Responsibilities
- Safely Transport Equipment
Move motors, pumps, welding tools, and other heavy equipment throughout the plant to support maintenance and repair operations.
- Timely Equipment Repairs
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is repaired promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols
Perform all tasks in strict compliance with safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safety‑first mindset.
- Maintain Reliable Attendance
Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance to support consistent maintenance coverage and team reliability.
- Support Preventive Maintenance
Participate in complex preventive maintenance (PM) programs to keep machinery and systems running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Expertise
Strong mechanical and electrical experience, including the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Advanced Troubleshooting Skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with sensors, starters, relays, and electrical systems ranging from 12 VDC to 480 VAC.
- Systems Knowledge
Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Fabrication & Welding Ability
Skilled in fabrication and welding tasks as needed for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Computer Proficiency
Comfortable using computers and digital tools to support maintenance tracking, diagnostics, and documentation.
