What You'll Do

• Provide routine maintenance to warehouse equipment including conveyors, electrical panels, HVAC, lighting, and warehouse vehicles
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures, find root causes and troubleshoot using multi-meters, insulated tools, power tools, and PPE required for safe electrical work
• Install and maintain conveyor, mechanical, electrical, and controls equipment and respond quickly to equipment failures; perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds when needed
• Perform maintenance of plumbing systems including but not limited to standard repair of leaking fixtures, cleaning obstructed waste lines, installing water coolers, and investigating leaks
• Document performed maintenance activities in CMMS to maintain appropriate records of work performed
• Interface with external contractors and service providers
• Perform other miscellaneous Facilities related duties as assigned

Who You Are

The successful Maintenance Technician will have prior industrial maintenance experience and extensive knowledge around mechanical equipment including conveyor systems, warehouse machinery, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor control and power distribution panels. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical and electrical experience and the aptitude to learn automation controls, along with the ability to learn quickly and think critically.

• Available to work evening and/or night shifts as needed
• Ability to manage workload, follow through and see projects to completion
• Collaborate with a team to complete work accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Cash Compensation

Total cash compensation ranges from $119,000 - 137,600 annually. Cash compensation includes a base salary and an annual cash profit share based on company profitability.
