Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment and commercial properties in the Portland area. The role involves on-site travel to East Portland properties, with a Monday–Friday schedule and periodic on-call rotations to address urgent needs.

You will perform general maintenance, including drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs as needed, and you will keep detailed records while prioritizing safety and resident service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential or property management maintenance experience.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• General maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with drywall, plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and appliance repair is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Commitment to safety, quality work, and excellent resident service.
• Reliable transportation and your own maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment and commercial properties.If you have a solid maintenance foundation, a strong work ethic, and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done, we’d like to meet you.
This position will require travel throughout the East side of Portland.The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks (approximately).

WHAT YOU’LL DO
