Job summary

Bluestone Real Estate is seeking a Roaming Apartment Maintenance Technician to service our Portland, OR area properties. You will perform maintenance across multiple sites, focusing on quality work and resident satisfaction, while traveling between properties within the metro area.

Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm, with on-call rotation as needed. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in residential maintenance, strong drywall and heater repair skills, and a self-directed work style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential/property management maintenance.
• Proficiency in drywall repair/sheetrock, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs and replacement.
• Self-starter with ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report issues or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean, organized work environment.
• On-call duty required on a rotating basis.
