Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site operation and maintenance of commercial and light industrial properties in the Portland area.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a maintenance position within a Class A or B building.
• Strong mechanical abilities, including a basic understanding of HVAC systems.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of commercial and light industrial properties.
• Serve as first point of contact for tenants and manage tenant relations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality work.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep facilities in good condition.

Your New Role

In this Maintenance Technician position, you’ll be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of a variety of commercial and light industrial properties, office buildings, and more. You’ll get to know your tenants as the first line of customer service and will maintain good working relationships with contractors and vendors as well.

This role is 100% on-site.
