Glow Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Sun Tan City locations in Portland, ME. You will repair and maintain tanning and spa equipment, ensure clean and well-maintained facilities, and help deliver a high-quality guest experience at our salons.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and mechanical aptitude. Training may take place off-site for one week; typical hours are Monday–Friday with on-call weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building materials.
• Ability to read schematics is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised in a team environment.
• Accurate and attentive to detail with time management.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be well organized.

Responsabilités

• Position may require one week of out-of-town training. (Expenses paid.)
• The Maintenance Technician will be required to be at a salon by 7:30 am each morning, Monday thru Friday.
• Repair and maintain UV and Sunless tanning equipment.
• Maintain overall appearance of assigned facilities.
• Complete monthly parts inventory in company vehicle.
• Must be available for alternating On Call shifts with other technicians.
• Manage Daily/Weekly reports and schedule accordingly.
• Track and record monthly expense reports.
• Work with Salon staff and others to uphold Sun Tan City policies and requirements.
• Complete weekly lamp changes in tanning equipment.
• Ability to work 5 days per week, and approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule.

Job Summary

Maintenance techs at Sun Tan City keep our equipment and facilities running in tip top shape to ensure our clients receive a consistent high-quality experience with great results every time they visit, in a well-maintained relaxed and comfortable environment.
