Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, and make-ready turns.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• EPA certification (HVAC) required.
• Proficiency in electrical systems and use of an ohmmeter.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with maintenance tracking software.
• Proven track record of efficiently completing make-readies.

• Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs.
• Perform residential painting tasks as needed.
• Coordinate and execute make-ready turns, including inspecting units upon vacancy, prioritizing repairs, and completing work to prepare units for new residents.
• Ensure timely completion of make-ready turns to minimize downtime.
