Job summary

ECHO Suites Dallas Plano Richardson is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team in Plano, TX. The role focuses on routine maintenance, troubleshooting and upkeep of facilities to ensure high standards of guest comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, basic electrical/mechanical skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth within Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine maintenance and repairs in a hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing and mechanical issues.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across hotel facilities including guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, common areas and spaces.
• Document work orders and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion.

Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is a team member of the ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Plano Richardson location. This is a new, fast-growing extended stay brand and in a prime location.
