Harbor Group Management Company in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, respond to resident requests, and prepare units for new residents.
You must have at least one year of maintenance experience, EPA HVAC certs, and a valid driver's license, with on-call availability. Competitive benefits and growth potential are offered.
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and appearance of the property by ensuring all buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This includes performing routine maintenance, handling resident service requests, and supporting the efficient operation of the property.
