The Maintenance Technician is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role inspects and maintains all plastic injection molding machines, associated equipment, and plant infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. The Maintenance Technician III plays a key role in reducing downtime, improving machine performance, and ensuring all equipment and facility standards remain in technical compliance.
Maintenance Technician Pay & Career Progression
Starting level is based on relevant experience and demonstrated technical skills:
Technicians may earn pay increases within their level at established milestones, including 90 days and one, two, and three years, based on performance.
Shift Differential: An additional $1.00/hr for second and third shifts.
