This role primarily involves fluid checks and basic vehicle maintenance. A Quick Lube Service Technician typically performs oil changes, checks transmission and other fluid levels, inspects belts and filters, and monitors air levels and gauges.

We operate as a union shop. Ford-trained union workers will receive an additional $2.05 pension contribution, included in the compensation package.
Additional responsibilities include testing systems and components, diagnosing issues, driving vehicles for testing, maintaining accuracy in repairs, and replacing worn parts proactively. The role requires the use of power tools, machine tools, and hand tools.
Ford Certification and previous experience at a Ford dealership are advantageous. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of automobiles, quick problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and basic computer skills. A high school diploma or GED is required; a technical degree is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service department is expected. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods, and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
