Dunkin/Baskin Robbins | Shreeji Donuts Pembroke, NC LLC in Pembroke, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on donut processing equipment and related factory needs.

You will complete store work orders on time, perform on-call emergency/unscheduled repairs, do simple machinist duties, diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust equipment, and monitor preventative maintenance according to schedule.

Job description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities including installation, troubleshoot, repair, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on donut processing equipment and factory needs. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Completes store work orders, accurately and on time
• Performs repairs including being "on call" to perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment outside of normal working hours
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust
• Monitor & perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment according to preventative maintenance schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
