Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and communicate maintenance solutions.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting tools (multimeters, clamps, megohmmeters).

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, dial gauges) to inspect and maintain mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical (24VDC–480VAC), and mechanical systems.
• Utilize hoists, slings, and rigging equipment safely during repairs or installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks in CMMS systems (e.g., Micromain).
• Collaborate with supervisors and shift leads to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and compliance across the maintenance team.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability.

Summary: you will perform essential equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Your work will directly impact production performance, safety compliance, and product quality across the facility. We’re looking for a highly skilled technician with hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Pay: 26.00-36.00 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
