Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our machinery, equipment, and facilities running safely and efficiently. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while following safety protocols.

This full-time role offers 6am-3pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime possible, and $20 per hour. The candidate must have 2 years of maintenance experience, basic tool knowledge, and reliable

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years minimum maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of power and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Physically able to perform tasks; able to lift and stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable and timely transportation.
• Good work ethic; punctual & dependable; take pride in your work.
• Steel-toed boots recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that machinery, equipment, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. Core duties include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. They also conduct preventive maintenance, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with safety standards, and respond promptly to service requests to minimize downtime.

Schedule & Pay:

• FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 6am-3pm
• Willingness to work overtime if needed, including weekends
• $20/hr
