Job summary

Marquette Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Oswego, IL property team. The role focuses on keeping resident units and common areas clean and well-maintained, with responsibilities including general repairs, equipment upkeep, and timely upkeep of grounds.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or EPA Universal is preferred.
• Willingness to on-call work and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and conduct routine maintenance.
• Handle snow and trash removal and provide emergency repairs as needed.
• Assist with landscaping and upkeep of grounds.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies; keep records.

Maintenance Technician

Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com is looking for a maintenance technician in Oswego, IL. The maintenance position plays a key role in effectively accomplishing the goal of providing residents with a clean, well maintained living environment. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of the maintenance department include, but are not limited to, general repairs to the apartments and common areas of the buildings and grounds, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance equipment and supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances and other job-related duties.
