We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Technician who will take pride in their community and focus on completing service requests, emergency calls, move-in needs, and property task(s) that may be needed daily, weekly, or monthly. This is a \"hands-on\" role focused on maintenance, teamwork, and high-quality service.
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager and must be available for on-call rotation. The Maintenance Technician, along with every member of our team, will also be responsible for assisting residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and making teamwork a top priority.
PAY: $24 - $26 per hour(estimated, based on experience); eligible for bonuses
