Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an industry-leading facility in Orlando. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep the facility safe and operational. The role supports operations, prioritizes requests, and may coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a maintenance-related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and general facility maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of applicable workplace safety procedures and maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform job duties requiring prolonged standing, frequent bending and stooping, and lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Inspect and maintain the physical condition of the facility, addressing general repair, cleanliness, and structural concerns as appropriate.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs to maintain facility appearance and functionality.
• Perform grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, raking, and pressure washing.
• Review, prioritize, and respond to maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner, coordinating with external contractors when needed.
