Roundhouse is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to sustain the health of our communities in Utah. You will perform hands‑on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, responding quickly to work orders and delivering high‑quality finishes.
You will help keep properties safe, functional, and visually appealing while coordinating with vendors and the supervisor. The role requires a year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work
$21-$23/hour + commissions Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, plus on-call rotation
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

You provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools. We supply power tools and larger equipment as needed.
Within 30 days of your start date, please have the following on hand: 10\" crescent wrench, 6\" crescent wrench, thermometer, 9.5\" channel lock pliers, 6.5\" channel lock pliers, set of nut drivers, wire crimping tool with cutters, set of allen wrenches, phillips screwdriver, straight screwdriver, needle‑nose pliers, set of socket wrenches, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, non‑contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, tape measure, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
