Woodbury Corporation in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintenance, repair, and upkeep of commercial properties and grounds. You will support the maintenance team and property management to keep properties safe, clean, and well‑maintained.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with events, and working scheduled shifts including Saturdays/holidays. Candidates should have basic maintenance knowledge, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, use hand and power

• Basic knowledge of property and grounds maintenance including landscaping and sprinkler repair.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Must have a smartphone and use the company work order app.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and around the public.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have a smartphone and be able to download and use the company’s work order application.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work professionally and courteously around the public on a daily basis.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
