Position Summary

An Andretti Maintenance Associate is a part-time role responsible for exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun atmosphere. Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors warmly.
• Repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Performing painting, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining grounds and cleanliness of the facility.
• Handling emergency cleanups and safety procedures.
• Inspecting and monitoring all areas of the facility.
• Assisting with guest recovery and safety.
• Communicating effectively with guests and staff.
• Performing opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.

Skills & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, upbeat, and sociable attitude.
• Ability to work varied schedules including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk or stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 15 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Perform physical tasks involving bending, reaching, climbing, and stocking.
• Work environment may include bright/dim lights and loud sounds.
• Manual dexterity and safety awareness are essential.
