A leading organization is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians to ensure the upkeep and safety of properties across multiple locations in California. The role includes performing repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and supporting various projects. We are seeking three full-time Maintenance Technicians to join our Property Management department, supporting properties in Kensington, Eastlake, Highland Palms, Jack London Gateway Senior Housing, and California Hotel.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexible scheduling required.
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician provides skilled maintenance support to ensure the upkeep and safety of our properties, covering staff absences, assisting with large projects, and maintaining units, common areas, and grounds.
This role is ideal for a skilled, flexible technician committed to maintaining safe, high-quality housing for diverse communities.
$39,724.00 to $48,558.00 annually
