Revolution is hiring a Night-Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician in Oakdale, MN. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical field preferred with 2 years plant manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of electronic controllers.
• Able to work extended hours to meet business needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings and schematics to adjust, maintain or repair machinery.
• Respond to production requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently regarding time and resources.
• Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Revolution offers competitive pay range starting at $28-34/hour, depending on experience, with a $1/hour differential for night shift and up to $3,000 in potential bonus opportunities.

• Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments.

• Respond to requests by production when mechanical issues have been identified and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
