Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing and carpentry in building maintenance.
• Ability to perform painting and drywall finish work.
• Experience with flooring installation and repair.
• Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent-work abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues.
• Carpentry and finish work including painting and drywall repairs.
• Install and repair flooring as needed.
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain grounds and landscape upkeep.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in occasional emergency, weekend, or after-hours maintenance when required.

Medical Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Novi, MI. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term job stability.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Flexibility to work until 5:00 PM when needed
• Occasional weekend and after-hours availability for emergency maintenance
