Job description

Temperform in Novi, MI is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure maximum uptime across our facility, including manual and CNC machines. This is a hands‑on position working across departments including the machine shop, pattern shop, and foundry. If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
• 2nd Shift or Blended Shift (schedule TBD)

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot equipment issues across the facility
• Perform minor and major repairs on manual and CNC machines
• Complete preventative maintenance and maintain accurate documentation
• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to maximize uptimeWork closely with maintenance team, supervisors, and other departments
• Other duties as assigned
