Job summary

Mullican Flooring LP in Norton, VA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This multi-craft role emphasizes mechanical troubleshooting, electrical and hydraulic system upkeep, and a commitment to safety.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints, and contribute to continuous improvement. A Journeyman apprenticeship is preferred, with at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Expected Hours of Work

Could vary depending on shifts and position opening available.

• Shifts: 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

Rotating: Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday

• Overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed

Education and Experience
