Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Ashford of Grove City to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. You will complete work orders, paint, and maintain grounds while ensuring safe, high-quality community spaces for residents and staff.

Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred. Strong communication and basic math skills are required to coordinate with team members and

Responsibilities

• Complete building work orders and service requests as assigned.
• Paint and assist with upkeep of the grounds including landscaping.
• Reports all mechanical failure or negative conditions in assigned area to Maintenance Director.
• Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc.
• Maintain maintenance equipment.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance functions including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & HVAC.
• Maintain the physical appearance of the community.

What You’ll Do
