Job summary

Wallick Communities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our housing and assisted living communities. This full-time role involves rotating on-call duties and responding to work orders to keep units safe and well maintained.

You will complete work orders, prepare units for new residents, handle emergencies, and maintain high standards across our properties. A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of maintenance experience with plumbing or electrical knowledge are

• Stay Certified: Maintain any required certifications for the role.

Pay Rate: $21-$24/hr - Depending on Experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Dependability: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a great work ethic.
