Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across the apartment community. Install appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.

This role requires OSHA compliance, strong communication, and the ability to multitask, lift up to 50 lbs, and potentially be on-call after hours. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge with HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Role may require a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
