Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service our residential communities. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems, and install appliances as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC certifications if possible. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on‑call for after‑hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs across property systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior areas to preserve curb appeal and property standards.
• Comply with OSHA health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification(s) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on‑call for responding to after‑hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
