Job Highlights

• Maintain, recondition, repair, troubleshoot, adjust, and upgrade mechanical equipment throughout the plant, including piping systems, pumps, agitators, and storage tanks and reactors.
• Understand and execute all Safe Work Practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections on pumps, agitators, compressors, and pipe.
• Handle pipe repair, fabrication, and installation.
• Perform PSM duties such as re‑rupture disk and PSV replacement, conservation vent inspection.
• Diagnose system issues by understanding fluid flow and piping systems.
• Document work permits, PSM activities, work order time entries, and parts requisitioning.

Experience / Skills

• HS Diploma; technical degree strongly preferred.
• 3‑5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently; self‑motivated.
• Strong computer skills.
