Charles E. Smith Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient operation and upkeep of building systems and common areas at Hebrew Home of Greater Washington in Rockville, MD.
You will perform routine maintenance, assist with preventive programs, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building issues, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time, day-shift role with on-call rotation and opportunities for professional growth.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient operation and upkeep of building systems and common areas. This role performs general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting across building systems in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
