Qualifications

• Previous general maintenance or property maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple work orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile applications for work orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Norfolk, VA Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support a local property management organization serving residential communities throughout the Hampton Roads area. This position offers a variety of hands-on maintenance work, the opportunity to work independently, and the potential for a longer-term opportunity based on business needs.
