Job summary

Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and upkeep throughout the school's facilities.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and sheetrock repairs
• Complete routine preventative maintenance
• Install and repair equipment and appliances
• Report completed and outstanding work to the Facilities Manager
• Work alongside maintenance staff and outside contractors as needed

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires extensive standing and walking throughout the school and its facilities.
• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the property and respond to maintenance needs as they arise
• Must be able to perform general physical maintenance duties throughout the workday
