Job summary

Go Retail Group is seeking an entry-level maintenance technician for our Texas warehouse. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient facility.

You will monitor conveyors and forklifts, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, work flexible hours, and possess a Texas driver license with the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Forklift and/or conveyor maintenance experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must have a current Texas Driver License and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to conveyors, forklifts and conducts routine maintenance to ensure that the facility and property is clean, safe, and functioning efficiently throughout the warehouse. This is an entry-level role within facility management.

Essential Functions:

1. Monitor machinery ensuring proper operation
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment and facilities
3. Performance general machine repair and maintenance to forklifts and conveyors
4. Ensure routine preventative maintenance is performed timely on all machinery
5. Perform other work related tasks as assigned
