This role collaborates across Production Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Controls teams to uphold production objectives. Responsibilities include developing processes, monitoring equipment, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records while supporting planning, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

The Maintenance Technician is the primary executor of planned and reactive maintenance activities at Redwood Materials. Technicians are responsible for keeping equipment, machinery, and facility systems in safe, reliable operating condition. They work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and in close coordination with Production Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Controls teams.
Technicians are expected to work safely, complete tasks accurately and on time, maintain precise CMMS records, and elevate issues that exceed their scope of competency to the appropriate resource.
The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
