FirstService Residential is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member in Murfreesboro, TN. You will maintain mechanical systems, clean common areas, and perform basic repairs on carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and painting tasks.
This part-time role offers 20–29 hours per week, with a schedule Fri 12:00pm–6:00pm and Sat/Sun 8:00am–4:00pm. Compensation is $27.00 hourly, with eligible supplemental benefits for a part-time position.
Job Overview: As a Maintenance Staff Member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
As a part-time non-exempt associate (20-29 hours weekly), you will be eligible for full supplemental benefits to include your choice of dental and vision.
Compensation: $27.00 Hourly paid bi-weekly
Schedule: Friday (12:00pm - 6:00pm); Saturday & Sunday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
