Entry-Level Maintenance Assistant

Position Summary

This is a lower-level maintenance role designed for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in industrial maintenance.

In this position, you’ll work alongside the maintenance team and gain hands‑on knowledge with the goal of eventually moving into a Maintenance Technician position when an opening becomes available.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for actively working on and troubleshooting production machinery, so this role is a great stepping stone for someone who wants to build those skills over time.
